Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the mobile application "Correct Neck" (the "Service"), provided by the Operator, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Operator and users.

Article 2 (Description of the Service)

The Service provides: (1) a comprehensive neck-health self-assessment (based on posture habits, daily life, pain (NPRS), and lifestyle questionnaires), (2) neck and shoulder stretching guides with completion tracking, (3) an activity report showing score trends and activity streaks, and (4) an optional Solana wallet connection feature.

The Service is provided free of charge and does not include any payment, subscription, or in-app purchase functionality.

Article 3 (Medical Disclaimer)

All information provided by the Service — including scores, pain assessments (NPRS), and posture analysis — is general health-reference information and does not constitute medical practice, diagnosis, or prescription under applicable medical laws.

If you experience actual pain, injury, or other health concerns, please consult a licensed medical professional. The Operator is not legally liable for decisions made, or outcomes resulting from decisions made, based on information provided by the Service.

Article 4 (Account Registration and Record Storage)

The Service can be used without any account registration or login procedure.

Detailed source records of assessments and stretching activity are stored only on the user’s own device (local storage) and are never transmitted to any server. Uninstalling the app deletes all records stored on the device.

However, summary values derived from that activity (score, completion status, etc.) may be separately collected and transmitted via Firebase Analytics for usage-statistics purposes. See Section 2 of the Privacy Policy for details.

Article 5 (Solana Wallet Connection)

Users may optionally connect a Solana wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare, or other Mobile Wallet Adapter-compatible wallets).

Wallet connection is used solely to identify the wallet address and verify ownership of the Seeker Genesis Token; the Service never creates on-chain transactions that transfer, sign, or move a user’s assets.

Users are solely responsible for managing their wallet’s private keys and seed phrase. The security and policies of the wallet application itself are governed by that wallet provider’s own terms.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms, and must not engage in activities that interfere with the normal operation of the Service, such as reverse engineering, unauthorized access attempts, or unauthorized modification or distribution of the Service’s source code.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright in the Service’s content (text, images, stretching guides, UI design, etc.) belongs to the Operator. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works without prior written consent is prohibited.

Article 8 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)

The Operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service after prior notice, except in unavoidable circumstances such as urgent system maintenance, in which case notice may be given afterward.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

The Service is provided free of charge, and the Operator is not liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as force majeure, network failures, or causes attributable to the user.

Article 10 (Amendment of Terms)

These Terms may be amended to the extent not in violation of applicable law, and any amendment will be announced within the app.
