1. General

"Correct Neck" (the "Service") values user privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws. This policy explains what information the Service collects, how it is used, and how it is retained.

2. Information Collected and Collection Methods

(Stored locally on device) Detailed assessment records (date, score, per-module scores, posture-habit answers), detailed stretching records (date, exercise type, count), and app preferences (language, theme, audio guidance on/off) — these detailed source records are stored only on the user’s device and are never sent to a server.

(Optional input) Solana wallet address — collected only if the user chooses to connect a wallet, and stored on-device to maintain the connection state.

(Automatically collected, transmitted externally) Usage statistics — via Google Firebase Analytics, the Service separately collects and transmits screen-visit records, wallet-connection status (connected wallet name), the score/per-module scores/day-over-day change at the moment an assessment is completed, stretching completion events (exercise type, routine completion count), activity streak, session duration, and device information (e.g., OS version), for usage-statistics purposes.

In other words, the full source records of your assessments and stretching activity are stored only on your device, but summary values derived from that activity (score, completion status, etc.) are separately sent to Firebase as usage statistics to help improve the Service.

3. Purposes of Collection and Use

Providing the Service: storing assessment/stretching records and generating reports.

Wallet connection: verifying the Seeker Genesis Token (SGT) and maintaining connection state.

Improving the Service: analyzing usage (active users, feature usage rates, time spent, etc.) to improve service quality.

4. Retention Period

Locally stored assessment and stretching records are retained for up to 30 days, after which the oldest records are automatically deleted. Uninstalling the app immediately deletes all data stored on the device.

Statistical data collected via Firebase Analytics is managed according to Google’s data retention policy and is used only in aggregate, non-identifying statistical form.

5. Third-Party Disclosure and International Transfer

The Operator does not, in principle, disclose user personal information to third parties. However, the following external services are integrated to operate the Service, and some information may be transmitted to these providers:

Google Firebase Analytics (Google LLC, USA) — for collecting service usage statistics; usage data may be transferred to servers outside Korea.

The Solana blockchain network (public RPC nodes) — when a wallet is connected, the wallet address is sent for on-chain lookups. By the nature of blockchains, wallet addresses are public information viewable by anyone.

The wallet application chosen by the user (e.g., Phantom, Solflare) — integrated for the wallet-connection approval flow; that wallet app’s own privacy policy applies separately.

6. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

The Service does not use any separate personal-information processing subcontractor. See Section 5 above regarding integration with external services such as Firebase Analytics.

7. User Rights

Users may delete all personal information stored on their device by uninstalling the app, and may disconnect their wallet at any time from the Settings screen.

8. Children’s Privacy

This Service is not directed at children under the age of 14, and the Operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

9. Security Measures

The Service does not operate a member-registration system or a server-based personal-information database. Assessment and stretching records are stored only on the user’s device, minimizing the risk of external data leakage.
